We partner with DHL Express and FedEx International Priority to deliver our hand-sewn garments to clients across Africa (Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Côte d'Ivoire), the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, the UAE, and worldwide.

• Lagos & Interstate Nigeria: Same-day or 24–48 hours via premium express courier upon garment completion.
• Pan-African Shipments: 2–4 working days with priority customs clearance.
• International Shipments (UK, US, Canada, Europe, UAE): 3–5 working days with real-time end-to-end tracking.

2. Made-to-Measure Return Policy

Because every FavvyBillionz Luxe garment is cut and sewn exclusively to an individual client's custom measurements by CEO Chinwendu Favour Ejimadu, we do not accept cancellations or cash refunds once fabric cutting has begun.

3. The Master Artisan Precision Fit Guarantee

Our commitment is your complete royal satisfaction. If upon receiving your garment there are slight adjustments desired (e.g. hem or sleeve taper), we provide complimentary minor alterations within 14 days of delivery.

For international and Pan-African clients who cannot bring their piece back to our studio, our concierge provides direct virtual guidance or covers reasonable adjustment costs with an approved local tailor upon inspection.
